Providing the right infrastructure for businesses and development to thrive in Liverpool has been key to the city’s ongoing success.

Major highways infrastructure programmes are being delivered to support and encourage development and economic growth across the city.

The City Council is currently investing £250m into improving transport links, providing new roads, widening existing routes and improving the major gateways and key corridors helping to support business development and job creation.

Infrastructure development will also ensure the delivery of some of the Council’s most ambitious projects including the new cruise liner terminal, Festival Park and Ten Streets.
